The venerable Portugeese jazz label Clean Feed, brings it's impecable taste to a cavalcade of performances highlighting some of it's most compelling artists. The program includes Chicago based artists as well as those from New York, Boston and Lisbon, all of whom come together to find a home under the Clean Feed umbrella. With more than 180 titles the label has been cited by the online magazine All About Jazz as one of the five most important current jazz labels operating.
Adding to its' ambitious reputation, the label thought it appropriate to organize this event in one of the capitals of jazz and improvised music - Chicago.
